My credit card was not accepted for submission fees

This rarely occurs, and is usually the result of an insufficient available balance on the credit card.

In other cases, we sometimes encounter false declines on transactions using some international credit cards from banks based in Europe and Australia.

The best solution is usually to try another card as manually entering your card into our administrator interface goes through the same channels as when a card is entered by you on a payment screen.

If you are unable to complete payment for a service and wish to create a Support Ticket, we'll be happy to work with you to attempt to resolve the problem.
